We have been working with vulnerable social groups mainly living under the poverty threshold, and together with them we have been trying to fight for a higher degree of social inclusion. More information can be found on our website: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.idcserbia.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.idcserbia.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Specific Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation and co-ordination of monthly, inception, interim and final financial reports for projects for different donors (EC, DEU and different bilateral donors);<\/li>\n<li>Financial planning and efficient budgetary control of the program in line with financial rules and regulations and donor requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Providing management staff with actual-to-budget expenditure reports and analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and revision of grant proposal and budgets;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting in liaison all finance, budget and cash management matters;<\/li>\n<li>Communication with accounting agency and providing them with all the relevant documents;<\/li>\n<li>Planning and monitoring the Implementation Costs for IDC projects;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of financial and administrative activities;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of payment request, bank payments, bank transfers and cash payment;<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of all bank relations and bank account activities;<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of bank and cash accounts;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation, supervision and follow up on administrative contracts\/orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>University Degree (preferably in the field of economics);<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-5 years of work experience in non-profit sector, with emphasis on experience with financial reporting (specifically EC &#8211; IPA funds, CSF, EIDHR);<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of donor funded financial management;<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and deadline oriented;<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail;<\/li>\n<li>English fluency;<\/li>\n<li>An excellent team player with good skills in team work and consultative approach to decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\">If you believe you are the right candidate, please send your CV and motivational letter in English electronically to bel&#103;&#x72;&#x61;&#x64;&#x65;&#64;id&#99;&#x73;&#x65;&#x72;&#x62;ia.&#111;&#114;&#x67;<\/p>\n<h4 align=\"center\">Deadline for applications: 03.02.2018.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"uk-text-center no-print\">\n<div class=\"uk-margin-large-top uk-margin-large-bottom uk-text-center\"><a id=\"__apply_button\" class=\"apply-btn-lyt uk-button uk-button-large uk-button-primary \" href=\"https:\/\/poslovi.infostud.com\/konkurs\/195071\"> Apply here <\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Initiative for Development and Cooperation is looking for Senior Finance Officer Belgrade &nbsp; About IDC: Initiative for Development and Cooperation Serbia (IDC Serbia) is a non-profit organization dedicated to social and economic inclusion of less privileged categories of citizens and protection of their human rights.
