A total of 91 participants went through these 4 workshops, and the goal of the workshops was to present the institute of peaceful settlement of labour disputes, to point out the importance of the application of this institute and its advantages in relation to resolving labour disputes before courts of general jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the workshops within the project, the study <a href=\"https:\/\/idcserbia.org\/publikacije\/izazovi-mirnog-resavanja-radnih-sporova-u-republici-srbiji\/\">&#8220;Challenges of peaceful resolution of labour disputes in Serbia&#8221;<\/a> was published and an online course on peaceful resolution of labour disputes was developed and is available on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=5pl1ow-W6k0&amp;t=77s&amp;ab_channel=IDCSerbia\">YouTube channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>IDC, together with the social partners, has been working for more than six years to increase the visibility of the institute and overcome the existing limitations caused by lack of information and mistrust by employees and employers, poor visibility of the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes, etc. that judicial protection remains the primary form of protection of employees&#8217; rights.<\/p>\n<p>________________________________<\/p>\n<p>The project Joint Ventures of Social Partners to Increase the Visibility of the Institute for Peaceful Dispute Resolution implemented by IDC, with the financial support of the International Olof Palme Center, in partnership with the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Serbia, Trade union \u201cIndependence\u201d the United Employers\u2019 Union, with the support of Government agency for the peaceful settlement of labour disputes of the Republic of Serbia<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another round of workshops dedicated to the promotion of the institute of peaceful settlement of labour disputes was implemented with success Within the project &#8220;Joint endeavours of the social partners to increase the visibility of the institute of peaceful settlement of labour disputes&#8221;, another cycle of workshops entitled &#8220;Peaceful settlement of labour disputes in practice&#8221; [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":6276,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[163],"tags":[601,571,569,216,226],"class_list":["post-6289","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-aktuelno-en","tag-labour-disputes","tag-labour-rights","tag-olof-palme","tag-peaceful-sttlement-of-labour-disputes","tag-trade-union"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
