Open dialogue “Employment without barriers” in Leskovac, Dimitrovgrad and Novi Pazar<\/h3>\n

As part of the project “EMPOWERED<\/a>“, open dialogues “Employment without barriers” were held in Dimitrovgrad, Leskovac and Novi Pazar.<\/p>\n

These meetings brought together representatives of institutions, civil society organizations and people with disabilities, with the aim of jointly looking at the challenges and finding concrete solutions to improve employment.<\/p>\n

The focus of the conversation was on:
\n✔️ recognizing the needs of people with disabilities and employers
\n✔️ strengthening cooperation at the local level
\n✔️ to the development of more inclusive employment practices<\/p>\n

During the event, a public call for a program of professional training and integration into the labor market for people with disabilities was presented.<\/p>\n

The program includes:
\n✔ training for qualification and requalification
\n✔ support for inclusion in the labor market<\/p>\n

👥 A total of 60 beneficiaries will be supported (Leskovac, Novi Pazar, Dimitrovgrad).<\/p>\n

📅 The public call is open until April 30, 2026.<\/p>\n
