Dear guests from Germany visiting the IDC volunteer team
Representatives of ASB Bavaria, Mr. Hans-Ulrich Pfaffmann and Mr. Timothy Wolf, who are staying in Serbia anent the donation of a specialized transport vehicle, The Home for Children with Disabilities “Kolevka” in Subotica, were guests of the IDC on Saturday, July 4th, 2016.
On this occasion, they visited a training session of the IDC volunteer team that has been preparing for the Sixth International Competition of the Samaritan First Aid Organizations since mid-May, which will be held in Poland and Slovakia from August 18th to August 21st of this year.
IDC Executive Director, Miodrag Nedeljković, took the opportunity to present to the guests, through a short presentation, the concept of the IDC volunteer program based on the formation and operation of three specialized volunteer teams in the fields of first aid, social agriculture and media.
The guests expressed satisfaction with the fact that, as of this year, the IDC has joined this competition with the knowledge and enthusiasm of our volunteers as well as the willingness to help in a new, ambitious and innovative five-year IDC volunteer program in all possible ways.
