Call for Participants – Regional Futures Workshop (Western Balkans)

Are you 18–30 years old and interested in discussing the past and future of democracy in Europe?

Join the 4Voices Regional Futures Workshop in Belgrade, Serbia (16–17 April 2026) and connect with young people from across the Western Balkans!

During this two-day workshop, you will:

• Explore personal and intergenerational memories of countries in transition
• Reflect on whose stories were told – and whose were silenced
• Participate in creative foresight activities, imagining Europe in 2040
• Share perspectives with participants from the region

Who can apply?

• Young people aged 18–30
•  Residents of Western Balkans countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia)
• With intermediate English skills
• Available to participate 16–17 April 2026 in Belgrade
