Open dialogue “Employment without barriers” in Leskovac, Dimitrovgrad and Novi Pazar

As part of the project “EMPOWERED“, open dialogues “Employment without barriers” were held in Dimitrovgrad, Leskovac and Novi Pazar.

These meetings brought together representatives of institutions, civil society organizations and people with disabilities, with the aim of jointly looking at the challenges and finding concrete solutions to improve employment.

The focus of the conversation was on:
✔️ recognizing the needs of people with disabilities and employers
✔️ strengthening cooperation at the local level
✔️ to the development of more inclusive employment practices

During the event, a public call for a program of professional training and integration into the labor market for people with disabilities was presented.

The program includes:
✔ training for qualification and requalification
✔ support for inclusion in the labor market

👥 A total of 60 beneficiaries will be supported (Leskovac, Novi Pazar, Dimitrovgrad).

📅 The public call is open until April 30, 2026.
