IDC Direct assistance – purchase of a house for a single father of five children in the village of Temska near Pirot

Recently, in the village of Temska, we had the opportunity to meet the Mutisic family, who live in very difficult conditions. Danilo takes care of his five children on his own, living in extremely difficult conditions and without a roof over their head.

After returning to Belgrade, we quickly organized ourselves with the aim of collecting funds that would help this family to provide adequate housing conditions and improve their living conditions. Thanks to a local company that wanted to remain anonymous, funds were collected to buy a house for the Mutisic family. We are expecting a donation soon, which will be spent on renovation works.

Thanks to colleagues from IDC, material support was collected in the form of clothing, books for school, toys and more. The most important thing is a donation in the form of a wood splitter machine, which in the future will serve Danilo to generate income and independently create better living conditions for his family.
