Na svečanom događaju povodom 20 godina rada Republičke agencije za mirno rešavanje radnih sporova, održanom 4. aprila 2025. godine u prostorijama Narodne banke Srbije, Inicijativa za razvoj i saradnju (IDC) primila je zahvalnicu za poseban doprinos razvoju instituta mirnog rešavanja radnih sporova u Srbiji. IDC je od samog početka u saradnji sa socijalnim partnerima i Agencijom realizovao projekte usmerene na povećanje vidljivosti instituta mirnog rešavanja radnih sporova, uz finansijsku podršku Solidar Suisse i Olof Palme Centra. Aktivnosti koje su realizovane u saradnji sa socijalnim partnerima i drugim relevantim akterima tokom dugogodišnje saradnje imale su za cilj jačanje socijalnog dijaloga i promociju mehanizama mirnog rešavanja radnih sporova u našoj zemlji. Ovo priznanje uručeno je direktoru IDC-a, gospodinu Miodragu Nedeljkoviću, tokom dodele plaketa institucijama i organizacijama koje su svojim angažovanjem doprinele afirmaciji socijalnog dijaloga i uspešnoj primeni mirenja i arbitraže u radnim sporovima. IDC nastavlja da se zalaže za snažniju saradnju sa relevantnim akterima iz javnog i privatnog sektora, kako bi se kroz buduće inicijative i projekte dodatno unapredili pravedni radni odnosi i primena mirnog rešavanja konflikata. Zahvaljujemo se Republičkoj agenciji na dodeljenoj zahvalnici i radujemo se novim zajedničkim aktivnostima.

At a ceremonial event marking the 20th anniversary of the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement  of Labor Disputes, held on April 4, 2025, at the premises of the National Bank of Serbia, the Initiative for Development and Cooperation (IDC) received a certificate of appreciation for its significant contribution to the development of the institute of peaceful settlement of labour disputes in Serbia.

From the beginning, in cooperation with social partners and the Agency, IDC has been implementing projects to increase the institute’s visibility of peaceful settlement of labour disputes, with financial support from Solidar Suisse and the Olof Palme Center. The activities carried out in collaboration with social partners and other relevant stakeholders over many years were designed to strengthen social dialogue and promote mechanisms for the peaceful resolution of labour disputes in our country.

This recognition was presented to the Director of IDC, Mr Miodrag Nedeljkovic, during the award ceremony honouring institutions and organizations whose engagement has contributed to the affirmation of social dialogue and the successful application of mediation and arbitration in labour disputes.

IDC remains committed to enhancing cooperation with relevant actors from both the public and private sectors. Through future initiatives and projects, we aim to advance further fair labour relations and the application of peaceful conflict resolution. We thank the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes for the certificate of appreciation and look forward to new joint activities.
