IDC registered as a free legal aid provider

In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Free Legal Aid, the Association of Citizens Initiative for Development and Cooperation is an officially registered provider of free legal support and free legal aid to vulnerable categories of population (refugees, internally displaced persons, returnees and other categories) in the register of the Ministry of Justice.

Many years of experience of the Association of Citizens Initiative for Development and Cooperation in the field of Equal Rights for All, which is dedicated to the promotion, realization and protection of human rights of vulnerable groups, as well as the basic goals of this program, which includes access to justice and reducing social exclusion of vulnerable groups,. free legal support, and the improvement of public policies and institutional practices in order to strengthen the principles of the rule of law in the Republic of Serbia, and indirectly in the region will be further strengthened.
