On Tuesday, April 23, 2019,  public calls for internally displaced persons and returnees  under the readmission agreement from the City of Smederevo and the municipalities of Smederevska Palanka, Velika Plana and Kovin, who can compete for assistance in the form of rural households and additional assistance intended for building materials for repair or adaptation of the house in question with a yard / small work or purchase of basic furniture / household appliances were opened.

Calls were opened within the project LSG 4 LAP – Durable solutions for internally displaced persons and returnees through partnership implemented by IDC in cooperation with the City of Smederevo and the municipalities of Smederevska Palanka, Velika Plana and Kovin. The project is funded by the European Union through the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia.

The aid is non-refundable in the maximum value per family household can not be exceeded:

• EUR 9,500.00 (excluding VAT (in RSD equivalent according to the middle official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia by the date of payment) for assistance in the purchase of a village households and
• 1,500 EUR (excluding VAT (in RSD equivalent value according to the middle official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia by the date of payment) for additional assistance intended for construction materials for repair or adaptation of the household in question/ small repairs or purchase of basic furniture / appliances.

Public calls are opened until 07th  of  June 2019.

Public calls were published on the websites and bulletin boards of the City of Smederevo and the municipalities of Velika Plana, Smederevska Palanka and Kovin. All interested parties can obtain additional information and assistance in the application process in the offices of the local Trustees for Refugees and Migration to these 4 local self-governments. The trustees can also provide interested parties with supporting documents that need to be submitted with the application to the public call.
