Joint endeavours of social partners to increase the visibility of the Institute of Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes

Duration of the project: December 1, 2021– June 30, 2022

Budget of the project: 145.000 SEK

Project is implementing in cooperation with TUC “Nazavisnost”, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Serbia and the Union of Employers of Serbia, with the support of the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes.

Main objective: To contribute to improvement of the respect and the implementation of the Labour legislation in Serbia with particular attention to the peaceful settlement of labour disputes.

Specific objectives:

• To increase the level of information of employees and employers about the importance and advantages of applying the institute of peaceful settlement of labour disputes
• Increasing the level of information of the citizens about the institute of peaceful settlement of labour disputes, as one of the more effective and efficient ways of protecting labour rights

The project is funded by the Olof Palme International Center.
