Project Title:
Piloting Integrated Approaches in Client Service Provision at the Local Level
Project duration: May 2025 – April 2026
Project Objective:
To improve the accessibility, quality, and coordination of services for returnees, Roma, and other vulnerable groups through the development and piloting of an integrated service delivery model at the local level, while strengthening the capacities of civil society organizations and enhancing cooperation with institutions.
Main Activities:
- Conducting research on the needs of target groups and mapping existing services and capacities at the local level
- Strengthening the capacities of a selected civil society organization through training, mentoring, and strategic planning
- Developing and establishing a local referral and information-sharing model between institutions and CSOs
- Providing integrated services to beneficiaries (healthcare, education, legal aid, psychosocial support, and economic empowerment)
- Establishing a monitoring and beneficiary registration system (ZME tool)
- Project evaluation and development of recommendations for further improvement and scaling of the model
