The aim of the project is reduction of poverty through socio-economic empowerment of small agricultural households and women from rural areas.

At least 100 small agricultural producers and 20 women from the territory of Novi Pazar will be economically empowered through improvement of their competencies, provision and maximal utilization of the processing and storage capacities and association based on the principles of social entrepreneurship.

Main result of the project will be building of a storage and cold processing capacities for raspberry in order to enable agricultural producers from the vicinity of Novi Pazar to store and process their products and join the social enterprise that will help them increase profits from raspberry production.

Project is funded by Austrian Development Agency.

Project is implemented by IDC, city of Novi Pazar, Sandzak Regional Development Agency – SEDA and Muslim Humanitarian Society Merhamet – Sandzak., and with the support of ASB Austria.
