The Initiative for Development and Cooperation (IDC), in cooperation with the partner organisation “Women from Una” from Bosnia and Herzegovina, has presented a new publication addressing challenges faced by vulnerable categories of foreigners in accessing their labour rights in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The publication analyses the current situation, identifies key obstacles faced by vulnerable groups, including asylum seekers, refugees, and victims of human trafficking, and provides specific recommendations for improving their position in the labour market.
This publication is a result of the project “The Position of Vulnerable Foreigners in Exercising Labour Rights in the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina,” implemented within the broader regional program “Fostering Social and Economic Rights of Foreigners in the Western Balkans (FOSTER),” supported by the European Union.
