Training program to increase competencies for employment in Cacak

During June, in the City of Cacak, we implemented a series of trainings to strengthen employment competencies of the beneficiaries of our housing project.

  • 27 beneficiaries, 17 of whom were women, received training to start their own business
  • 25 beneficiaries, of which 12 women received training for active job search
  • 20 beneficiaries received training in agricultural production, of which 10 are women

 

 

 

 

 

 

The vocational training program is attended by 19 beneficiaries, of which 14 are women. Some of the professions for which our users are trained are hairdresser, beautician, masseur, IT professions such as QnA, graphic design, Phyton developer, attend an advanced English language course and others.

The economic empowerment program is part of the active inclusion measures received by members of 38 families who have so far received an adequate housing solution within the project “Leaving no one behind – Adequate housing and active inclusion of vulnerable social groups in Cacak” financed by the European Union.

The project is implemented by the City of Cacak in cooperation with the City Housing Agency, the Center for Social Work Cacak, the Institution for the provision of social care services Zracak and the citizens’ association IDC.
